 In 2007 the Bloomfield family kindly donated this trophy in memory of their son/brother, Strat Bloomfield.
Strat was born on the 3rd October 1937 and passed away on the 23rd November 1977. He was the eldest son of Harry and Mary Bloomfield and eldest brother of Peter Bloomfield and Angie Castagna of Loves Creek Station.
Strat had a love for rodeo’s. He was one of a few to start the 1st Aileron Rodeo back in 1963. He bought horses from Loves Creek for this. He also competed in rodeo’s around Australia when he was younger.
